肥胖可能导致的疾病
1，心脑血管疾病
高血压、血脂异常、冠心病、脑中风、深静脉血栓等心脑血管疾病都与肥胖有关，高血压的人尤其需要减重，因为仅靠药物是不可能完全控制这些复杂的疾病的，而血压的确会随着体重的下降而下降，如果能改变生活习惯再配合药物的方式，控制效果会更好。

可以通过计算自己的BMI（体重指数）来判断自己是否过重，BMI=体重(kg)/身高(m)2，BMI值小于18是偏瘦，18.5~23.9是正常体重，24~27.9属于超重，大于28已经是轻度肥胖了，而35和40分别属中度和重度的肥胖。如果你的BMI处于22~25，那恭喜你，这是最理想的BMI值。
