米饭美味的秘密 记日本新潟产米食材推介会
近日，一场名为“新潟产米食材推介会”的活动在位于茂名南路的花园饭店康乃餐厅举办，沪上众多餐饮企业的负责人莅临参加。本次推介会是由日本新潟县产大米对中出口促进协会主办，咕嘟妈咪（上海）信息咨询有限公司承办，旨在向中国的餐饮店主、采购人员介绍新潟大米，通过现场品尝的方式，让更多的中国餐饮店经营者和厨师能了解和品尝到新潟大米的美味口感。
活动一开始，由“日本新潟县产大米对中出口促进协会”会长、新潟县农林水产部部长町屋先生发表致辞，对本次活动的概要内容和组织原因进行了阐述说明。本次推介会主要以说明、问答、试吃三个环节组成。主办方通过现场播放DVD的方式，为与会的来宾展示了新潟米美味的秘密。通过DVD介绍，在场所有人对新潟大米有了初步的认识，之后，主办方对大米产地新潟县及目前大米输出情况做了详细的补充说明，让来宾对新潟大米有了进一步的了解，在场的来宾悉心倾听。在活动的问答环节，到场来宾积极提问，现场气氛活跃。最后的试吃环节，各位参加活动的来宾和媒体一同品尝了由花园饭店日本料理店山里使用新潟KOSHIHIKARI大米蒸的米饭和饭团等，通过现场品尝，餐饮店负责人对新潟大米无论在香味、形状、光泽度还是吃起来的弹性、甜度都有了更直观的感受。此次推介会深受到场餐饮店经营者的好评，很多餐饮店也表示出对新潟米的兴趣。
通过此次“新潟产米食材推介会”，主办方希望能够为新潟县的大米打开一个全新的渠道，探索新潟KOSHIHIKARI大米进入中国餐饮店的可能性，希望通过餐饮店的使用，让更多的消费者能品尝到新潟县产的优质美味的大米。目前，新潟KOSHIHIKARI大米在上海的久光超市限量供应，感兴趣的消费者也可以去购买品尝一下。
Tips：新潟县是日本屈指的农业食粮产地，是日本有名的KOSHIHIKARI大米的产地。来自新潟县的KOSHIHIKARI大米，是被视为等级最高的米种。
